The first edition of the S4MILE Newsletter is now available for download, offering the latest updates on our project’s progress.

S4MILE has released a series of short videos on social media, exploring the history of electric transport from the 1820s to the present day, with each episode highlighting key milestones that shaped the future of electric mobility.

The S4MILE project participated in the Battery Innovation Days (BID) 2025 in Graz, Austria, where it showcased its contributions to next-generation battery systems and sustainable electromobility alongside other EU-funded initiatives, while also engaging in the “Battery Cluster Impact and Sustainability” workshop to foster collaboration and long-term sustainability strategies.

The S4MILE project has officially joined the COLLABAT Cluster, enhancing its commitment to advancing electric battery systems and fostering the adoption of next-generation electromobility solutions across Europe through collaboration and knowledge exchange.

The S4MILE consortium met in Izmir, Turkey, on July 2–3, 2025, for its 2nd General Assembly, where partners reviewed progress, strengthened collaboration, and planned next steps, with a focus on technical excellence and measurable impact.

The S4MILE project officially launched in January 2025, aiming to transform electric vehicle adoption through advanced solid-state battery technology and innovative vehicle design.
